Summary: Great book to read
Comment: I recently read the book "Choose to be Happy" by Rima Rudner and I have to say that this was a great book. I recently got out of a 3 1/2 year relationship and really wanted to start enjoying life and truly being happy. This book gave me a great perspective on life and gave me a great foundation on how to achieve my long-term goals and truly be happy with who I am. I would recommend this book to anyone in any point of their life that is looking to achieve the ultimate goal - to live a fulfilling and happy life! Thank you again Rima for writing this book.

Summary: A bit random
Comment: This book is ok but it seems like a collection of random experiences from the author. Didnt grasp it like an organized method.
Also it didnt really show me much things i didnt know.
It just reminds you of things you might have forgotten because you are stranded in your room.
So just get out, meet with friends, do whatever you like and live your life.

Comment: I was looking for a self motivational book, but I got how to be a nice person. I did get a little something out of it though. It borders on being for very soft people.
