Comment: The book was well laid out, with good examples. I was able to put together a coherent picture of what I was experiencing, and began to put my experiences in a better perspective. Although not everything in the book pertained to my relationship, it certainly illuminated many aspects of what I was feeling and what I ultimately gained the courage to do.
