Customer Rating: Summary: Kettler Seat Belt Comment: A must have for the bike. Holds child in tight with no risk of falling out. Highly recommended and as with all Kettler products the quality is the best.
Customer Rating: Summary: A trike for a two-year old. Comment: This seat belt was ordered for my two-year old grandson. The reports are that it works well.
Customer Rating: Summary: Attaching Product Comment: If anyone knows how to attach this to the radio flyer seat, I'd love to know. Thanks!
Customer Rating: Summary: Must have for wiggly toddlers Comment: We got this seatbelt to use on our daughter's new Air Navigator tricycle we gave her for her 2nd birthday. Since she's still a little small for the tricycle, we use it every time she rides to keep her from sliding forward off the seat as she tries to reach the pedals. And when walking to the park, it's good that she can't wiggle off the side as well. I wish it was included with the tricycle, but well worth the additional $$ to keep the child in place and safe.
Customer Rating: Summary: Great idea from Kettler . . . Comment: When we first bought the air navigator, our then 2 year old kept trying to get off the trike - and we walk around on lots of city streets. So, we ordered a seat belt, which was very easy to put on. The seat belt keeps him on the trike, thus making us feel a little safer knowing he cannot get off and bolt into the street.
Please do not turn your back even with the seat belt affixed the the seat and your child. The belt is a nice safety feature, but really is a mere deterrent for your little escape artist :)
