Summary: Its my 95% usage knife set
Comment: I really only use the 3 in paring knife. I have had this set for many years and recently bought it for a relative who was very pleased I did. The peeling and straight utility knives are seldem used but its nice to have them when you need them. The steel used in Wusthof knives seem to take and hold an edge better than any other knife I own. The 6 in chef knife completes the other 5% which is used for bigger jobs.
This place has great prices for the best of the best. Shipping was quick and the Amazon payment system works great.

Comment: All three knives are the Wusthof quality I expected. Three different shapes seemed over-kill at first - but I found them extremely useful. A well thought out product.
