Comment: NASA undertakes a lot of research each year. This journal is an attempt to publicise the findings, in the hope that some companies might be interesting in licensing and commercialising them.Typically, the research involves materials science. Advanced composites. Or the manufacturing of compounds under microgravity. Or perhaps the design of rad-hard circuitry. Maybe an occasional paper on the biological sciences. But mostly, NASA's needs are so specialised that commercial markets are limited.
Perhaps worth it for you to keep an eye on this journal.
