Summary: Decent quality, but has reliability issues
Comment: I bought this printer with my Kodak camera, and liked the convenience of being able to charge the camera and download the pictures in one step. However, 2 years later, the camera is now broken and I switched to the popular Canon ELPH series, so now this dock serves only as a printer.
In terms of print quality: it is fair, but it seems the pictures are getting gradually worse.
The worst problem, however, is that the 2 rubber "wheels" that are supposed to grab the paper have lost all of their tackiness and are unable to grab the blank paper on their own, so now whenever I print, I have to "force-feed" the paper into the printer, which means I have to sit around and wait until every print is done. Very annoying.
Cost-wise, you can get the paper+cartridge for about $0.25 per page from Amazon (Kodak PH160 Media Cartridge for Kodak EasyShare Printer Docks), which is a very good deal.

Summary: Kodak C743 with G600 printer
Comment: We purchased camera and docking station for father, who is a camera nut. Had to return camera for warranty as batteries could not keep charge. First printer broke (jammed) (purchased film from Kodak only) so we bought a second printer docking station. This also broke (jammed) and will not print pictures. Called Kodak and they told us we needed to return printers for repair - at our cost, of course. I would NOT recommend this to anyone, very poor reliability. We are extremely unimpressed by the product. We will not purchase another Kodak product due to this experience.

Comment: The printer dock was largely in serviceable order, but the hinge for the cartridge door was broken causing the entire door to fall off and there was no manual with it nor any readme file on the accompanying CD-ROM. Though I knew it was a used item, the ad led me to believe that it would be in better physical condition.

Summary: Great for printing high quality pics if you're not in a rush
Comment: I got this for my birthday from my boyfriend. I had already had gotten a Kodak easyshare camera from him so this was a great little gadget for me to own. I tried it out the first time months ago and it worked great. It printed out high-quality pictures. Even today, it is still working great and I couldn't believe how easy it was to print pictures from the computer. The only bad thing about it is that it takes a looong time to print. You'll be sitting watching the paper feed through at least 4 times before it completes printing. And buying the printer cartridge and paper can add up after a while.
Here's a tip: if you haven't used it in a while, make sure to get any dust off of the paper because some of it is still exposed to the air.
