Baking has never been so easy. This baking mat works wonderfully as baking pan liner or as a working surface because of its silicon and fiberglass non-stick surface which makes it very easy to clean. It is completely safe in freezers or microwaves. Up to 3,000 uses or more per mat.

Comment: The product - 2 Silpat baking sheert - were just as described and came in good time. I bought two - kept one for myself and gave one as a wedding gift. I already had one and wanted the second for baking two sheets of cookies. They are WONDERFUL. Your cookies will not get burned on the bottom and bake to perfection. Everyone shoule have at least one. These were a good price.
