Comment: This item is great, especially for someone with MS. I have had 2 questions and have called the company and wonderful. Great. I am going to get another as a space, but was told by company, I really only needed a vinal patch kit. I have not had to have anything yet.

Summary: Welcome Relief!
Comment: I accidently found this product as I was surfing for things to help relieve the lack of sleep from hot flashes. I came across the ad for the Chillow and it made sense. I am a chemistry teacher and the concept was sound chemistry. So far I am very pleased. It doesn't totally eliminate them but it sure brings a lot of relief, especially in the first few hours of sleep. I really recommend this product and for the price it was well worth it.

Summary: Great For Pets too.
Comment: In the summer we travel a lot with our two small dogs. When we must leave the in the truck to go into a gas station or to eat.I was worried sick that they would be too hot or that passerbys wuld think I was a horrible
pet owner! I found that putting these pillows in the rear of their dog carriers worked GREAT! Keeps them comfy and oh so cool!

Summary: don't bother to purchase
Comment: This pillow leaked after a few times of use. When I checked I noticed a small tear in the pillow - how can you get a small tear on a pillow in bed?
I do not recommend it because the quality is inferior and did not last long enough. Another problem is that it crinkled up all the time and I was forever flattening it out during it's short life in my bed.

Summary: Great product, not all companies deliver to APO address
Comment: The Chillow is a great product, I have had one before. If you are someone who flips there pillow at night to get the "cool side" you will love it. However I ordered this from Smarthome to send to my husband who is on a military deployment, and though the website says they will ship to APO/ FPO addresses - they could not. I was informed by telephone and email, and the purchase was refunded. Excellent customer service, but unfortunately couldn't ship the product.
