Minor's Clam Base consists of naturally seasoned tender cooked clams and natural clam juices. Minor's Clam Base is the perfect start for Manhattan or New England Chowder. Extend the flavor in red or white clam sauce. Its delicious in seafood stuffing, dips, spreads and seafood salads. Don't bother with that store bought clam juice anymore.
