Comment: Based on the other reviews I purchased this product. Unfortunately the product did not work out of the box. I initially tried to work with Cuisinart Customer Service but have found them to be incredibly RUDE. Cuisinart wanted me to pay shipping and handling (as well as a ten dollar processing fee) in order to replace a defective unit that never even worked out of the box. The turn around time to replace the unit was over three weeks. I would stay away from this product!!!

Summary: Best Grill Griddle I ever had
Comment: I have had quite a few electric grills and griddles in my lifetime. This one is the best of all. Great cooking, easy to clean - definitely worth the extra expense fot this unit. Sorry I did not have it years ago. It is a large unit and I have a small kitchen but because I really like to use it, I keep it on my counter top at all times. Fantastic!
