It is a nice quick way to clean my baby's face and neck in the morning, before bed and any time she spits up. The whole Mustela line is well worth your money, I suggest you throw away your Johnson & Johnson or Huggies items and use Mustela instead. Sometimes it still stinks from the spit up after wiping with just a wipe so I pump a little of this on a wipe and it does the trick. I have various Mustela products and they all work great. They said not use soap on his face and I didn't think it ever felt as clean as I wanted it to. So I tried this and the Mustela Bebe face lotion and the acne cleared and his face is nice an soft now.
