Simply turn on the headset to establish a reliable wireless connection to a compatible phone up to 32.8 feet away. The headset's Bluetooth 1.2 compatibility means that you'll enjoy faster connections, better audio quality, adaptive frequency hopping and improved interference rejection (don't worry, it's also compatible with the older Bluetooth 1.1 specification). With up to six hours of talk time, you can converse to your heart's content before you'll need to charge the HS820's internal battery. Summary: Another landfill donation
Comment: It wouldn't hold a charge almost from the start and then the volume button quit working. Add to that a giant, blinking, blue light on the side. If you have it on at night you worry that airplanes will land on your head. Whomever invented the "on" light should be shot. You know how you can tell if it's on??? It's working!!!!

Summary: Keeps falling off my ear!
Comment: I consider this headset an average headset. It was relatively cheap and works as advertised. However, it does not hang on my ear very well. In fact, it usually falls off when I move my head in any fashion quickly.
Sound wise, I can think of much better ear pieces with better sound quality, but it works.
I ended up also getting a Plantronics 510, it has a mute button on the headset, stays on my ear and is very loud and clear. I use this Motorola headset as my backup in case the Voyager dies.

Comment: I have owned this bluetooth for well over a year. really no complaints. The units dis-connects from the phone when you get about 20 feet from the phone, but re-connects automatically.Ease of use , it's a must have for people who use a cell phone alot especially while driving.

Summary: Inexpensive, decent performance
Comment: This headset was my first Bluetooth appliance and the price was right. I did not expect to use it all that much, but the range and ease of use make it must have after only a few uses. The battery life is average, the maximum volume is a bit anemic, beyond that it is comfortable and functional. If price is an issue, this is a decent choice and the lack of wires is awesome. Don't forget where you put your phone, because you will walk off and leave it! The range is good, I can walk around my apartment and patio and have not dropped a call. It's cheap in price, not construction, so if you want to try a Bluetooth headset, this is a safe buy.

Summary: Good Product - While It Worked
Comment: This headset worked really well for me - good volume, clear, very little wind noise. Then it suddenly stopped charging. Motorola replaced it under warranty with another model but I'm not as happy with it.
