Customer Rating: Summary: really good knives Comment: I did a good deal of research before buying these knives. I was really just interested in the chefs knife, but I am glad I got the package. These are by far the sharpest knives I have ever used. At times they seem to slice through vegetables like they are not even there. The chefs knife by itself is worth the price. I tend to use the utility knife almost as much though. The handle on the paring knife is kinda awkward and skinny, but I am the only one who seems to mind.
