Summary: Glitchy, repetitive,and not much fun!!!
Comment: I bought this game when it first came out for $40. Total waste of money. I beat this game 100% in less than 6 hours with everything unlocked. The boss AI was pitiful, sometimes you could avoid boss attacks by levitating 1 foot off the ground. That's not even counting the glitches. Quite frequently me and my enemies disappeared completely. Twice a boss went underground and never came back up. And more times than I can count, when I got knocked down my character got stuck in the falling animation, meaning I did not hit the ground until I got hit again. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME!!!!

Comment: I enjoyed this game alot. Now 4 some reason alot of reviewers here have been TRASHING this game with negative ratings. This is not an RPG game. I personally wasnt into the other Dragon Ball Z games because they were all Street Fighter type games. I enjoy fighting games but i enjoy an action adventure beat em up game even more cause they last longer. This is a great game. Now you wont find any ground breaking graphics here but i enjoy the overall animation and character design alot and i like the cell type shading the game has added in. Nice clips from the TV show are also thrown in. You either start with 1 player or 2 and theres an objective in each stage. Once you get to the end of the stage you fight a boss like Raditz, Napp etc. Now the games story takes place in the Saiyan saga so it starts with Raditz arriving on earth, kidnapping Gohan, and killing Goku. Its up to the Z fighter gang to get the 7 Dragon Balls to wish Goku back to life before the other 2 Saiyan's Vegeta and Nappa arrive. This game is 2 players and i kinda wish i had someone to join me in the fun.

Summary: Don't underestimate this game...
Comment: Don't believe all of those people who say that this game sucks. They, obviously, don't have a life. When I first played this game, I was immediately hooked. The graphics are amazing and gameplay is cool. One of the best things about this game is the "heavy blows" dealt to an opponent. When fighting a boss, depending on the scenery, you can hit him or her into the background. You can, also, do this to the foot soldiers throughout the game. The boss battles are the best battles in the game.
The only things that I don't like about this game is the music and the absence of the Buu saga. When fighting a group of enemies, the music never "pumps you up" in order to get ready for battle. The Buu saga should really be on this game. I hope that Japan will dish out a sequel to this game. I would buy it the day it comes out...
Believe me, if you are looking for a new experience in the world of Dragon Ball Z, then this is the game for you.

Summary: The Budoki Games Are Better
Comment: I brought the game beacuse I heard it was a adventure game insteed of a fighting one so I picked it up and decided to play it. After a few levals the game got a little boring but when you get to the end of each one you get to fight a boss which is the best part of the game.
