Summary: First model did not work - but great customer service
Comment: I gave this 3 stars because the first one that arrived did not work at all. I have to admit though that I E-mailed customer service and not only did they immediately respond, but the sent out a replacement immediately, overnight, and sent an RMA tag to return the defective unit.
The 2nd unit worked as promised - a little light on the qulaity construction (not flimsy, but not stout like the OEM charger from ATT).
Overall I would give it a 4

Summary: Stopped working after 1 month
Comment: Very disappointed with this car charger. It has already stopped charging my cell phone after only 1 month. I would be hesitant to purchase from this merchant again.

Comment: Since batteries don't seem to ever last as long as one might like between charging, no matter how long that may be, it's good to have multiple options for recharging on the go.
