Summary: Best sound quailty I've found...
Comment: After trying several other headsets, this by far offers the best quality. In fact, better than trying to keep your ear on the very small speaker hole of certain model phones. The headset is also much more comfortable than it looks, but does cause the ear to get a little sore after extended wear.

Summary: Best Bluetooth Headset for Price
Comment: Hands down nothing sounds better in this price range when it comes to Bluetooth headsets. Even though it's been around for a while, it still holds up in terms of sound quality and battery life compared to others on the market. Also syncs quickly and without problems with both my Blackberry and PS3.

Comment: Per the 2100+ reviews so far with a 4.5 rating, I thought I'd take my chances...(plus, its the law now in CA.)
As with all the other comments, this Plantronics 510 provides crystal clear communication both ways. I mainly got it because CA passed the law that now requires you to use a hands-free device when talking on a cell phone while driving. I try not to use the phone (honestly) :), but if I have to while I'm driving, let me tell you, this unit is crystal clear both ways! No static, cutting-out, nothing. Clear as if I was NOT using a blue tooth. It fits very comfortable on your ear due to its flexibility.
This is my 3rd blue-tooth unit and I'm pretty sure most of us with cell phones will probably go through at least 2 or 3 of these until we find the one we like. :)
This, will be the one you like!

Summary: Best of its kind
Comment: This is really the best of the best as far as I am concerned. I have used many different kinds of blue tooth headset devices and this has the best sound communication capabilities. The sound is never "tinny" and this is only device for which I never get a "are you calling from your car?" or similar comment when using it while driving. The people on the other end cannot tell if I am in the office, my car or somewhere else(if they think about it). In addition its battery allows it go on for hours and hours--long after my phone needs recharging.
However, I find they do wear out. The red charging and off light goes after a few months of heavy use (the blue tooth device itself still works-it's just harder to use). I am sure that that is covered under warranty but who wants that hassle.

Summary: Excellent value for the money
Comment: This is a solid product that provides clear reception with excellent voice pick-up capability. I've tried "top-rated" bluetooth headsets from three other manufacturers and they all were disappointments in terms of their performance. Trust me, you won't regret going with this headset.
The only thing lacking is that you don't have the capability to switch from one call to another with the headset button - you have to use the talk button on your cell phone to switch between calls which for me is a minor issue.
