However, can't make the volume loud enough to hear comfortably when driving (with minimal roadway noise). Lots of crackling and skips (breaking up). Some housing rattling in the ear piece. Volume control and operation is excellent. You sure can turn the volume up loud enough, but the quality is just not there. Operation is simple and straight forward. I wonder if the ear clip lasts since it seems to be very light and a bit flimsy, but time will have to show. I would not recommend this ear set, thee are better ones out there. Comment: This headset is light, fits well, and the sound is very clear. There is very little interference, and no echo like my husband's Motorola headset. You just have to be careful it doesn't recall teh last number when you put it in your purse or pocket. Other than that, it is great.
