Air trapped between the two walls allow you to hold onto a piping hot glass of espresso without burning your fingers, or prevent condensation from forming on the outer wall while holding a cold beverage. Made of strong yet lightweight borosilicate glass, these glasses can safely go in the diswasher and microwave.

Comment: the glasses were beautiful and I really wanted to keep them . When I used one of the glasses and washed it by hand in hot soapy water , I rinsed it and started to dry it and there was soapy water in between the double wall of the insulated glass!

Comment: I ordered the 12 oz. ones and I really like them. They are for adults, don't give them to your small children, but the glasses are really classy for entertaining, and even good for everyday use. My husband and myself like them, and I will be ordering these as well. The other glasses came in good condition, and we live overseas!!

Comment: They look gorgeous. They are poorly designed, however. They are top-heavy and tip at one false move. The glass is a bit thicker than a christmas tree ornament. Gone in two weeks.

Comment: I ordered these glasses for my mom and they arrived BROKEN in the bottom of a large box- with no padding protecting them!! Like flushing $40.00 down the toilet.

Comment: I purchased these glasses as a gift for my mother. She loves to have a tall glass of iced tea during the day, but the glass is always a drippy mess and the tea is watered down as the ice melts quickly. These glasses are ideal for her. They are VERY lightweight, mouth blown borosilicate glass and are made to insulate the beverage inside. Basically, they are a glass inside a glass with air in between to insulate. The beverage stays colder/warmer longer with NO condensation. These glasses are amazingly strong and dishwasher safe.
