Summary: so easy
Comment: just ordered this and i am very pleased. i am the only coffee drinker in the house and this makes the perfect one cup of coffee. i used to grind my own beans, messy filters etc. this simplifies the whole process. just make sure to test the sample pack coffees. i like mine really strong, so timothy bold midnight or expresso is perfect for my tastes. some others are much weaker.

Comment: For some reason, this makes a tremendous noise while brewing. But it doesn't last long, the coffee is good, it's very convenient and fast. I can live with the noise.

Comment: I absolutely love this coffee maker. It is so easy to use and the coffee is fantastic. I love good coffee, but cannot make good coffee, so I extremely delighted with this machine. I am purchasing a second machine for my office.

Comment: The company does not back their product. I am on my second one and I just shelfed it. It's loud and doesn't make a whole cup of coffee. I will never support this company agian. Very sad.

Comment: Item was great when first received. After a few months began having problems - not filling the cups properly. Now the pump appears to be malfunctioning as well. I have followed the directions on how to clean the machine and it has not helped. I have had this machine for about 8 months. I would have expected it to last longer considering the price.
