Comment: This printer is small, convenient, and easy to use. It prints beautiful photos. I have used it for a couple of years now and its still working great.

Summary: Don't count on using your other printer paper..
Comment: The printer itself prints good photos. The biggest drawback is you have to buy the Canon replacement cartridge which comes with paper. I already have paper but I can't use it because I have no options other than to buy the way they pack. There needs to be an alternative to buy just the cartridge. I would think about it before I bought it - if you already have photo paper.

Summary: BROKE AFTER 1 YEAR
Comment: This printer was awesome...while it worked. I had it for a year and used it pretty regularly, but not so much that I would expect it to break so quickly. The loading wheels on the printer would no longer pick-up the paper, telling me that I was out of paper. I was disappointed not only because I really liked this printer, but Canon's customer service solution was to buy a new one. I have always been a huge fan of Canon products, but now I am thinking twice about buying them in the future.

Comment: Purchased this off ebay, actually, so that may explain why I feel it's a great buy for the money. Furthermore, I've never had a photo printer before, but this one was easy to use and I was very impressed with the photo quality - I've had photos printed out before at Walgreens, online, etc. and I think these are equally comparable if not better. I don't get the gripe about the postcard in the other reviews, you can mail it if you like, buy a cheap matting at a hobby store if you want to frame it and no one will see the back anyway. Highly recommended!
