Summary: Salty goodness
Comment: A lot of people complain that these instant soups are high in sodium, but I certainly love the flavor. I practically lived off these miso soups for 6 weeks while my jaw was wired shut, and I'm still not tired of them.

Summary: Tired of plain old cup of noodles?
Comment: I would have given this five out of five stars, it is just this soup (like ALL packaged soups) is a bit on the salty side. BUT, not as salty as an average cup of "cup of noodles."
This soup has a much better flavor than instant soups, and, even though I'm not sure what miso is, I'm sure it is far healthier than the salted preservative loaded dehydrated chicken bits one finds in instant soups.
I liked it so much, I've even given it in a care package to my sister in law who is in college. A great fast soup, and a healthier alternative to other instant soups.
