Summary: Great program with one snafu
Comment: I found the Printmaster Platinum 16 to be relatively user friendly, even for those who haven't tried using similar products before. But I also found it frustrating to frequently change the CD while attempting to create a card because the particular image needed was stored on a different one. I have changed the CD up to 3 times just for one card. I've used other printing programs where all the images were stored on the same CD, which was much more convenient. I'm not sure if 4 CD's are used because there is such a large volume of images available. I did enjoy having many more graphic images to select from than I'd had in the past.

Comment: I ordered this software for printing wedding invitations, save the date cards and christmas cards. The end results were fantastic, but getting there was frustrating. The software limits the template media size and does not show the exact size on the first step of the creation. Also, no instructions came with the software. It would have been helpful to read through instructions or tips rather than searching in the software.
The final product for the cards and invitations looked professional, which was excellent. The photocards turned out fabulous as well. Another con was that every picture incorporates a border, no matter what. Very frustrating.

Comment: The product came with absolutely no instructions for installation , what each CD contains or how to use it. Getting tech help is difficult and it is difficult to use.
