Customer Rating: Summary: Pilot Shirts Comment: First, you only offer neck sizes in 14 1/2, 15 1/2, etc., so I was forced to settle for a size that didn't quite fit and then hope that it would shrink enough in a hot wash to be what I needed in the first place. Second, the material from which the shirt is made is not nearly as heavy as the ones I've purchased previously and therefore the shirt probably won't last as long as my earlier purchases. I would gladly pay more money for a higher quality product. Keeping the price stable by decreasing the quality of the product is not, in my opinion, a good way to retain your customers. After all, you are dealing with airline flight crews, for the most part, who could certainly afford another couple of dollars if that is what it took to maintain the quaility. Customer Rating: Summary: too big Comment: Same quality shirt I have been buying for years which is good but now only have 1/2 sizes which I need and the smaller size, fits like a big sack. I will now look for another brand for future purchases. Customer Rating: Summary: Best value for the money Comment: I live on the road 19 days a month overseas .Quality material, stitching, fit could be more tapered. Excellent on the road wash in the sink, drip dry and wear with no appreciable wrinkles.
Stain Stick a must for the collar and cuffs, too bad there is not some anti-dirt treatment for the collar and cuffs.
