Editorial Reviews:

Top fencer Steve McTear (Robson Green) is about to fulfill his dream of joining the British World Championships fencing team when he meets and spends a passionate night with Dr. Elizabeth Fraser (Arkie Whiteley), the head of a girls’ school in Scotland. When he is rejected from the squad, McTear is bitterly disappointed and drifts back into a past life of crime - until a fateful incident forces him to go on the run. Where better to hide than an exclusive girls’ school in the Highlands?

Robson Green stars as a man with a hidden past that threatens the dreams for his future. Steve McTear is a top fencer on the verge of reaching his goal of joining the British World Championship fencing team. His criminal past catches up with him and he ends up seeking refuge at an all girls’ school as a fencing instructor.

Summary: School of Rock with class!
Comment: It's the quintessential school of rock story, but more about the teacher and his issues than the students themselves. Plus a love story to boot. That said I don't know that I would call this a chick flick, though it does have Robson Green (yum). It's got wonderful acting, strong story plot and people that actually fence, not actors that learned for the role (or so it appears to me). Very unique story out of the UK, that I think that everyone would enjoy.

Summary: "The Last Musketeer (2000) ... You Can't Hide From Your Past ... Koch Vision"
