These are the only fish oil product he's been willing to take, because they don't taste fishy at all. While I don't care for the stevia-sweetened taste myself, my two kids love them and ask for them daily, and my husband (a self-professed non-supplement-taker) will even eat them and likes the taste. I've seen a dramatic difference in my son's level of itchiness and the bumps on the backs of his arms disappear when he's taking this. When I slacked off and stopped giving them to him for a few weeks, the bumps came back and he was more itchy. With all the benefits to brain, vascular system, and skin, you can't go wrong with these! (And if you, like me, don't like the taste, you can always mix them into something else.) Take this product in good health & eat as much Omega 3 Fish as possible. You just cannot go wrong taking this fish oil unless it is contraindicated by your doctor.
