Summary: Get the normal one without the vapor
Comment: The vapor is too weak to be effective. Get the normal strips and Vicks separately is much more effective

Comment: Breathe Right strips are great when you've got a cold and need to open up your nose to breathe. You can get a decent night's sleep and wake up with your head clear, which is a very good thing. They work almost as well as nose spray, but are not as addictive, which is a very good thing.

Comment: This product has helped me sleep better, at last. Although not a cure for sleep apnea, it is a great assist for people, like me, who have not had success with a CPAP system. The strips are very easy to use. They do stay on the nose with no problem, which was my initial concern.

Summary: I no longer need to use Sudafed every night or morning.
Comment: I figured this to be a fluke, but amazingly it has allowed me to stop taking Sudafed every night to go to bed and each morning when I wake up. This may cost a tad more than Sudafed generics, but it is well worth it seeing as how I no longer have to gobble 4 - 6 Sudafed tabs a day. It really does increase air flow into the nose.
