Italy's famous blue cheese from Lombardy, Mountain Gorgonzola is made from cow's milk taken from local herds that graze on beautiful rolling pastures. Pecorino Toscano authentic Gorgonzola is soft, sheep's milk cheese made in the hills of Tuscany. This assortment includes one .5-lb. cut of each cheese.
