Summary: beware these cookie sheets
Comment: the cookie sheets were on back order and took a long time to come in, I don't know if I got the same product that everyone else got, but each time I tried to bake cookies on them, the cookies would burn on the bottom in only 2 minutes at 350 degrees. (after 3 attempts, I gave up, this never happens with any other cookie sheets) Will never use them again, big disappointment.

Comment: I got exactly what I expected. Great for cookies but do not use metal utinsils for removing food from these pans as it will ruin the surface of the baking sheet.

Comment: These are good quality sheets. They are a bit narrow compared to what I'm used to. I've used them everyday for about 2 months now, and there are no scratches and they clean up super easy still.
