Summary: Very nice. Not disappointed.
Comment: I want to say I am happy with the product. the stones look beautiful, it is about 2,5 santimiters in diameter. You can't find anything like this in a store for the price... Packaging is pretty, blue box. The only disappointment - the UPS guy put it into the mail box... I would think that something like that would require a signature on delivery. Don't you think?
But everything eles was perfect - it is a really beatiful neckless. The chain is tiny, but still... i was not disappointed.

Comment: I ordered the pendant on 14 DEC and was supposed to receive it in 2 days; I got it on the 24th. The diamonds were quite included (but what do you expect for the price), but one diamond was quite loose, so I called Netanya's customer service to exchange the item. They sent the return label to the wrong email address, and had to resend; I sent the pendant, heard nothing for a week, checked the tracking number to see if they had received it (they had), called them again and they confirmed they had received it but didn't seem to have a clue about sending me another one despite me having talked to customer service at least twice about the exchange. I asked them to send the pendant to a new address (gave them the address), and called today (2 weeks have passed) and was told that it was delivered yesterday, to the old address. These people can't get things straight. Now I have to have my mother's neighbor get the package off their porch (luckily the thing wasn't stolen overnight, as my parents are away and that's why I told them to send it to me, which they failed to do) and keep it until they get back, and then we have to check it for quality (loose diamonds, etc.). I don't think I will buy from Netanya again; when you talk to customer service, it seems like they've got things straight, but then they fail to follow through with whatever we've agreed upon, and don't take responsibility for their mistakes (because if it had been stolen, I would have had to file a claim against UPS, instead of Netanya saying they had made a mistake and sent it to the wrong place, sending me another one and them dealing with UPS).

Comment: Netaya was late in shipping the item. When the item arrived the quality was much less than expected, even at its low price. It took Netaya 2 weeks to issue the refund after they received the return. I would not recommend this merchant.
