Summary: Godsend for Healthy Eating
Comment: This stuff is yummy! I have a lot of food sensitivities, including berries, so the raspberry vinegrettes used in many salads are out. I think this one is even better anyway since the pears add a consistent sweet sweet note to the vinegar tang. I blend it with my favorite olive oil (Spectrum Organic Spanish Extra Virgin)to make delicious (and healthy, lower calorie) dressing for green salads, coleslaw, potato salad, brown rice with salmon and capers, etc. In many cases I don't add anything else besides salt and pepper. I've gotten rave reviews from guests of all ages. The only thing I could wish for is that it would be organic as well.
