This product does nothing beneficial for dirty hair but to empart a fairly clean smell. I may use this to freshen the smell of my hair if I am ever in a smokey bar again... maybe. The clue is that the bottle reconmmends this product to spray on your hair or your face. Hmmmm - I generally don't think of spraying hair products on my face.
