Comment: I really love the Barefoot Contessa. I make a lot of her recipes and enjoy all the things she has in a box. This fudge is okay. It's a little more sophisticated. There is a strong liquor/coffee flavor. I like my fudge, fudgy with no frills. I'm using this sparingly. If you like a richer flavor this is for you. If you like straight fudge, you may want to try something else.
