Customer Rating: Summary: Perfect Flag for Americans Comment: The Culpeper Minuteman flag captures the Spirit of '76: Don't Tread on Me, and Liberty or Death.
The rattler is pacific, until riled. And then you've got a nasty critter on your hands.
The patriots of our Revolution were the same: had to be sorely tried by the British Crown before they would rise in rebellion. But once they did, it was all the way -- Liberty, or Death.
Customer Rating: Summary: The Cadillac of the Gadsdens Comment: Out of all of the Gadsden's this one is my favorite. I guess this is due to my liking white better than yellow along with the inclusion here of the immortal phrase "Liberty or Death." Really though, out of all the flags I've recently bought from Revolutionary War era (for use as backdrop in a series of videos I've been making for different sites along with amazon) I love the Gadsdens the most. They say so much but are so simple.
Price is a major issue with these as they're so cheap I ended up buying eight of them. They make for great indoor flags. I have mine hanging on the wall and I rotate them on a biweekly basis. You would be wise to remember though, that these flags are not rugged enough (they're polyester as opposed to nylon) for daily outdoor usage. If you want to get something to swing from the porch then you're probably going to have to pony up about 40 bucks based on what I've seen. Regardless, buy one for yourself or as a gift for any non-guilty, patriotic American. You, and they, will cherish it. Hey, how many better presents are better than this one in an election year?
