Summary: Just like in the old country
Comment: I recently purchased the Bratwurst sampler 1 and 2 for the holidays to share with family and friends. As a German-American raised on traditional Bavarian cuisine both here and in Germany, I found these Wurst to be the closest thing to being back in Germany. THe weisswurst, always a tricky one to make properly, was light and fluffy and had great seasoning. All the other ones, I have tried so far followed suit in their taste and quality. Actually, some were better than I have had freshly made from butchers in Germany. The were delivered on dry ice and frozen. All wurst was vacuum packed and can be placed in the freezer until you need them. I am very pleased with the great quality, prompt service and wonderful packaging and freshness. I would definitely buy from them again.
