Summary: 1100 mAh, not 1400 as advertised
Comment: Title says it all! I expected to receive the advertised 1400 mAh battery, but the one shipped is labeled 1100 mAh. Two attempts to communicate with the seller, PCMICROSTORE, were left unanswered, leading me to conclude that they know they are misrepresenting this item.
Battery is still slightly better than the original 800 mAh unit which came with the phone but NOT the worth the trouble or cost.

Comment: Although this battery will work just fine with the Motorola RAZR V3m cellphone, it is a little bit wider than the original battery that came with the phone when I purchased it. This particular battery is for the Motorola RAZR V3c as indicated on the package it came in. Therefore, the wider case is needed to install this battery properly with the V3m cellphone, because the case for the V3m will not accommodate the width of this battery. So before purchasing this battery for your Motorola RAZR V3m make sure you can tolerate having an extra wide case. It might be worth having such a case since the original battery for the V3m is going for $49.99 on sprint.com. And the battery will last you a couple days or more without having to charge which is a plus!

Summary: Motorola V3C Extended Battery (1400 mah) from PC Micro Store
Comment: My old cell phone battery was not lasting more than two phone calls of two minutes each. Received the extended battery and charged it as directed in the cell phone. Wow great extended use. It has been on continuously for two days. I do not call or receive more than three calls a day, and they only last a couple of minutes, but the best thing is that I do not have to charge the phone every five hours. I recommend this battery, it is 1400 mah (the old battery was 640 mah) and it is from PC Micro Store. It came with the larger back cover and fits the V3C perfectly. The price was very low compared to buying from Verizon.

Comment: The battery seems to hold a charge much better than the original. It's a little bulkier, but not enough to be a problem. The extended case matches my graphite RAZR perfectly.

Comment: When I ordered this battery, it was for the battery ONLY. The description did NOT say that a battery cover was included.

And that's exactly what I got - a battery that of course did not fit my phone, as my original phone cover was too small. Now that I read the reviews and am looking at the description of the ad, I feel even more cheated because I wasn't told about the cover. I gave the battery away, hoping that the person I gave it too will be able to use it on their phone.

I didn't even bother to contact the vendor - I chalked my $13.00 (including shipping) to lesson learned on my part.
