A rich, creamy cheese soup made with aged cheddar. Enjoy as an appetizer or main dish, add to cooked macaroni for a quick and delicious macaroni & cheese casserole, serve as a cheese dip with tortilla chips or pretzels, drizzle over tacos, or give more flavor to steamed vegetables by serving with asparagus, cauliflower, broccoli, or potatoes. Just add water, heat and enjoy about 5-6 servings. TIPS: For a spicier version of our NY Cheddar Cheese Soup, add a few spoonfuls of our Salsa to the soup base when cooking. To create a beer cheddar cheese soup, reduce the water and rather add a cup of your favorite beer to the soup base when cooking.
