Comment: It performed as advertised. Clear reception on both ends. No feed back. I can move from one auto to another. I can use it in my house as a speaker phone. Pull the mic out and it is ON. I tried the Supertooth3 and the Supertooth Light is much more user friendly.
The 3 indicated: voice announces incoming 'callers' name or Caller ID, only certain phones can do this. If you want this feature, check your phones specifications. I returned it since it did not provide some of the features as advertised and was not as easy to operate as the Light.

Comment: After having done several weeks of research on a lot of the bluetooth products I decided on the Blue Ant Supertooth light. As our state has made "hands free" a law now, I found that products which need professional installing are not a viable option cause the installers know about the need, and all have greatly increased their fees for this, due to demand.
I got mine a week ago, and I do not agree with the negative reviewers at all. This little bugger really works great.
The speaker is phenomenal, sounds like people are in the car with me talking. No one that I have not told is able to tell I am on a speakerphone.
It literally took 2 minutes to set up and connect the first time. Now I just jump in the car and pop out the antenna and wham! It's connected and working.
The air vent phone holder is surprisingly sturdy, and fits my car or my wife's car vents.
I think that was my final deciding factor, it's (portability between vehicles), or being able to take it with me on trip when I rent a car too. Works well even with moon roof open too.
Flashing BLUE light? Gimme a break, it is smaller than a pin on a push pin? Besides that, if it bothered you that much, the magnetic visor clip woks on both sides, so flip it to the top of your visor until someone calls.
I can't stand having something stuck in my ear! So...keep your ear buds, I'll keep the Supertooth.
Use common sense, save time and money, buy this, you'll like it!

Comment: Bluetooth quality insufficient. Ended up getting the Samsung WEP200 ear bud unit and am very pleased with it (see the review for it).

Summary: missing parts
Comment: No user manual in the package, which appeared to have been previously opened. Amazon said they'd ship another unit out, but I'd have to wait 7 days. I paid to get the original thing shipped quickly, but Amazon didn't seem to care. Amazon said it's due to the July fourth holiday. I said fine, overnight it and I'll get on Monday. They said no. I've had decent luck with Amazon in the past, but apparently customer service is no longer a priority. Sorry to say this will be my last transaction with Amazon.

Summary: Great Solution
Comment: I bought this because of the new California law. It paired easily with my
Samsung phone. It lets you verbally dial phone numbers on your cell phone address book. Works fine one you master how long to hold the buttons down. Works with my Garmin power cords so you don't need two sets if you already have a Garmin.
