Summary: Hit and Miss
Comment: This product works about 50% of the time. Calls may last about 45 seconds then gets dumped. So if I can talk fast I'm good. Before this device I wouldn't get my text messages unless I went outside. Now, I get most of my text messages. Conversations outside work just fine so the device should work fine. As others have said, this is not a booster just a way to attempt to find a signal outside and bring it into a personal space. Good luck with yours.

Comment: I should have been the perfect customer for this product. I have 2 bars in my apartment, wanting a little better signal. It is easy to use and setup, however it simply never improved the signal. Disappointing. I returned it.

Summary: it really does work
Comment: I was skeptical about purchasing this product due to the bad reviews. It does work...at least for our business. It gives me a couple extra bars so that i'm not dropping calls all the time, however, I only take call in one spot and it works great for that. Its worth a try, I looked at all my options and this seemed to be the most economical.

Comment: I bought this thinking it would allow me to use the 2-3 bar signal i get by standing by the window and allow me to move throughout my room. I found out within 10 minutes of setting this pile that it was worthless. When i actually could get the device to work it only gave me one bar. and my phone had to be within 6 inches of the antenna. within 15 minutes it wouln't even signal connect anymore. Don't waste your money. You might as well make your own out of foil.

Comment: I really had great hopes for this unit since I have poor reception in my house. It simply did not work for me -- I got the same signal strength with or without the unit on.
It's going back to Amazon and I would like to note that I am pleased with their very prompt attention to my request to return the product.
