Summary: Logitech G51 5.1 Surround Sound Speakers
Comment: The speakers are really awesome! exactly what i needed!
Pros: The speakers are just perfect for my small dorm room. They fit fine on my desk and don't clutter anything, they produce clear nice sound, even at high levels.
Cons: the bass is really heavy (which isn't really a con if you think about it, but i have to turn mine way down). BEWARE you have to have a sound card (or other form of mutliple jacks) if you want to hook these speakers up on a computer for true surround sound. (i just have two headphone jacks and that let me use the 4 surround speakers, and it still sounds amazing).
I haven't hooked it up to a television set yet and i don't really plan on it, but i'm sure they would do well, especially for gaming too.

Comment: I am totally satisfied with this speaker set up. It was easy to connect to my pc. I wanted it mainly for watching movies.(the product description said for gaming and music)I don't play games, but music AND movies sound awesome! The control is simple to use. The speakers are quality and not cheapy looking, clear sound-no hiss, or distortion. I shopped around for this set up and the best deal I have found was at Amazon. It was on sale, got free shipping from Amazon, and another promo discount from Bill-me-later. I saved $60 !!!

Comment: I was loking for a 2-channel sound system with good bass. After seeing this system and the features that it had, and to find out it didn't cost much more than a cheap 2-channel system, I had to have it. I love this system. Sound is great!

Summary: Great sound for the price
Comment: I took a long while to decide on what my next set of speakers would be. I was using a cheap ($40) set that I bought at a vendor show 5 yrs ago. They worked fine but I knew I could do much better. I finally decided to go with the G51s and I am not sorry. The sound quality is more than adequate for what I do which is listening to mp3s, playing some games, and watching the occasional movie.
