Comment: This product works great and looks great, but 8 bucks for three tiny pieces of plastic, come on! It should be 1 dollar!
I had no trouble placing this on my Zen. After sticking it on the Zen, be careful when pealing off the top protective layer so as not to pull the actual protective screen off the unit. But once it's on you can barely tell that it's there. This will do the job.

The shipping was very fast, it arrived before the player itself the next day I ordered, and it was just standard shipping.
I had no problems with the screen protector. It went on with no bubbles on the first try. Definitely, take a look at the instructions before putting it on, I bet that's the reason so many people had problems with it.

Comment: I bought these in the same order as my new Zen X-FI, and they shipped together. I put one on the Zen before it was completely out of the packaging. Had to work some bubbles out, but it's working well. Some friends I show my new player to don't even realize I have a screen protector on it.
