Easy to sync my files between my PC and phone. Customer Rating: Summary: Cradle will not charge the Tilt via power adapter Comment: The first cradle I received, I returned immediately becauuse it appeared to be defective, and of course had to pay for the return shipping. Now I just received the replacement and it has the exact same problem... the Tilt will not charge in the cradle when using the 120v power adapter. The cradle will charge a spare battery in the rear slot fine. Interestingly, if you unplug the power adapter and plug it directly into the phone, it will charge fine. I was just about to give up and return this unit too but thought I would try plugging the cradle into a USB hub via the optional USB connection. Whattya know - it works - both in charging the battery and connecting to the PC for syncing. It makes no sense to me why the power adapter with the cradle will not work, but I see that I was not the only one who has had this problem. Customer Rating: Summary: a MUST HAVE for your HTC P4550 TyTn II Comment: The docking/Sync/Charging station is a must have for anyone with a HTC TyTn II Smartphone. It is a perfect fit for the phone, no forcing the phone onto the recharging connector, fast rechargine with A/C adapter and spare battery slot works great. This way I am able to carry a spare battery, fully charged and ready to go into service at any time, for whatever reason.
