Summary: For Sprint Touch-Good Charger-not for Synching
Comment: Good for charging batteries outside of the phone and charging the phone at the same time. May be related to not being listed for the Sprint Touch (non-gsm) phone when I made my purchase but I could only get it to be recognized by the computer once and that wasn't long enough to synch. I kind of like it though because all I've got to do to synch is use the usb cord and I've got a choice of being able to synch batteries and the unit at the same time without having to have Outlook running with ActiveSynch.

Comment: I do indeed like. Took a minute to realize that the connector in the base would fit the odd shapped USB connector in the phone, and it even works with the silicone condom I bought for the touch. The bundle gave me a third battery for the Touch.

Comment: I really like this charger. You cant beat the price for this 3 in 1 bundle. You get a spare battery, a USB cable and the cradle, to sync and charge at the same time. The only thing I don't like and really don't see the need for, is the bright blue light on the cradle. It is extremely bright. The other light I can understand. It functions as an indicator to let you know the status of your charge. Red for charging and green for charged. Otherwise, this product functions as expected.

Summary: convenient but not perfect
Comment: This cradle is slightly better than simply using the stock usb connector, but only slightly. Unfortunately it's still not perfect. My two main complaints are: 1) The "slot" for the phone isn't form-fitting enough to accurately guide the phone onto the actual connector. This means you have to fiddle with it a little before it seats correctly. Perhaps this does have an advantage that it might be more friendly to the rubber coated surfaces of the phone. Also, even tho it's fiddly, it's still a one-handed operation which is an improvement over the stock usb connector. 2) The combination of the light weight of the cradle(even with spare battery), and the tight fit of the metal connect means that you can't simply lift the phone up off the cradle without holding the cradle down. Still a one-handed operation tho...just, again, slightly fiddly. Very common in device cradles, in my experience.
The spare battery is great and very useful.
It's not perfect, but I'd probably buy this item again since there just aren't a lot of alternatives out there.
