Customer Rating: Summary: For instant cup soup, it's pretty tasty! Comment: One problem with instant and powdered soups is the high sodium content. Dr. McDougall's has made a soup that's tasty, low in fat, and low in calories--and without tons of salt. It's good for a light lunch or a cure-what-ails you. It's one of the few cup soups I really like.
