The lower-body segment moves pretty fast, so I'd recommend that newbies practice correct lunge form before beginning the segment. Each segment transitions between a series of one-minute exercises followed by a cardio boost exercise, so you'll always be feeling the burn in one muscle group or another. I'd recommend this video to friends.

Then the Abs segment was different. Everyone did it all together. It was a really good workout! I'm pretty sure I couldn't do all three segments in onw day. I started the lower body and my legs were burning so much I had to stop!
