Summary: Urbani truffle oil = Quality
Comment: Good flavor and relatively strong aroma to this oil. Could probably afford to dilute the pungency with E.V.O.O. in some delicate food preparations. Make sure to keep it cool and out of sunlight to extend shelflife. I will continue to use this product until something proves better.
