Customer Rating: Summary: Great Dress -- Bad Company Comment: The dress is great. But you better be sure you ordered the right color and size. They do not do exchanges, only refunds. So if you want another color or size you have to pay to ship the product back to them and then order a new one -- and pay shipping on that one too. I don't know of many on-line companies that work this way. And it would have been a little troublesome, but when i emailed the company to confirm that this was their policy and note that it was not commonplace in the industry i got a sarcastic email response from them. (see below).
So this is just a warning about having to pay multi times to ship the product if you want to exchange it. Be warned.
I wanted a different color so i bought some Rit dye and did it myself. Worked great.

"Please remember we're a small retailer offering hand made goods that benefit the villages where we buy these plus 10 percent of our profits go to the Red Cross. We're not Nordstroms or Newport News and nor can we compete with them. For us to pay the shipping on customers orders then of course we'd have to charge $50.00-75.00 per dress.
Hmmm...maybe we should do that...charge a bit more, then include shipping both ways for returns? As an experienced catalog shopper...would you prefer to have a higher price on the product with free return shipping or a lower price on the dress and pay for the return shipping?"
