Hellooooo Sailor. Navy never felt so naughty. Across between school-uniform navy and a navy suit. Need we say more?   No formaldehyde, no toluene, no DBP (dibutyl phthalate). Butter London believes in colour, not carcinogens! Brilliant butter. Totally London! To do a complete, at home, manicure you would follow these steps: -brush on Melt Away, push cuticles back, wash hands -Nail Foundation (base coat) or Horsepower (for weak or damaged nails) -Lacquer -Hardwear (top coat)  -finish with Handbag Holiday around cuticle bed and it will ‘bleed’ onto the nail for a quick dry finish

Summary: Not navy blue like it says at all.
Comment: I like the color, but I really wanted a navy blue-- not dark blue green. Two coats also makes the polish appear black. I don't like the way nails look with only one coat of any nail polish. Toenails look okay. It would be good for summer. But if you really want navy, don't buy this.
