Flick case for iPhone 3G Black. Searching for a case thats stylish and protective, yet easy to use? Then slide an iPhone 3G into the Contour Flick and Flick it closed. iPhone 3G need a quick re-charge? No problem. Flick open the case and dock the iPhone without taking it out.

Summary: Fits, but flush surface yields disaster
Comment: This was one of the only cases available at the Apple store when I got my phone and at first I really thought it was well designed.
But about a week ago I drop my phone and the screen shattered, not because of the case, but the fact that the case has no lip in the front, that it is flush to the surface of the screen absolutely contributed to the disaster, which can only be remedied by replacing the entire phone btw.
I now own the 3G case by Agent 18 because it has a nice lip around the perimeter.

Comment: I've had this case for about six months now and, as a few others have said, given the available alternatives, this one is above par.
I don't get the complaints about the case scratching ... isn't that the purpose of a case ... to take the scratches and abuse so the phone doesn't have to and so that you can replace it down the road with another, shiny, new case that (for a while) doesn't have scratches at a whole lot less than the cost of a new phone?
This is by far the best engineered case of its kind ... far superior to the Agent18 cases. Amazon's price is almost half what I paid for my case when it was only available from Contour directly. Spend a few more dollars and purchase the anti-glare screen protector from Power Support [...]and IMHO, it's the best way to go about protecting your investment with minimal bulk.

Summary: Protective Case, easy to use and looks good
Comment: I have used this Flick case for about 4 weeks now. I have found it to be very protective, easy to use, and looks good too. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is I find it a little slippery. I would like it to be a little easier to hold on to, esecially when retreiving from and putting back into my belt case.
